ALL PLAYERS ARE NOW ALLOWED TO SURRENDER CARDS THEY DO NOT WANT.


SURRENDERED CARDS AND THE DISCARD PILE MUST BE PLACED AT THE END OF, OR RESHUFFLED / MIXED INTO THE DECK.


DEAL UNTIL ALL PLAYERS HAVE FIVE (5) CARDS AGAIN.  DO NOT DEAL TO PLAYERS WITH FIVE (5+) OR MORE CARDS ALREADY.


THE TURN ROTATES TO THE NEXT PLAYER.
